 It prevents premature ageing with tannic acids, theobromine and polyphenols helping to soothe the skin and heal damage caused by the sun by neutralization.

Use this remedy:

  • Make two cups of green tea and put it in the fridge
  • Using cotton wool or a cloth apply to the area
  • Repeat twice a day for great results

Green tea helps flush out toxins, heals blemishes, scars and reduces inflammation because of the catechin antibacterial agents that help fight acne regulating hormonal imbalance, which is one of the main causes of acne and blemishes.

Use this remedy:

  • Mix ¼ cups of green tea with water
