Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Glo Laser and Beauty’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
9. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Glo Laser and Beauty via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details will be stored by Glo Laser and Beauty separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

11. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Glo Laser and Beauty takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
13. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Glo Laser and Beauty chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

16.1 This Agreement will in all respects be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
16.2 The Parties hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the North Gauteng High Court of the Republic of South Africa in any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement.

17.1 The online skin assessment on the domain www.globeauty.co.za provided by Glo Laser and Beauty is for general knowledge purposes and is not intended to diagnose any medical condition or to replace your healthcare professional consultation. Consult with your healthcare professional to design an appropriate skincare plan. If you experience any concerns, stop and consult with us or your healthcare professional or dermatologist.
18. Returns or Refund Policy | Defective Goods and Adverse Reactions
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used products.
Glo Laser and Beauty sell certain products that contain active ingredients. These products can potentially cause mild skin irritation; it is important to follow the instructions set out by the manufacturers and ease into the use of them. If at any time you experience any concerns, please contact one of our skin experts online via chat panel or telephonically. Refunds requests based on adverse reactions will be assessed individually.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate.

If you receive an item that is defective, leaking or has a damaged pump, please contact us via telephone or email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving it and we will refund, exchange or provide a store credit for you in full.
If for some reason you change your mind and do not want the products you purchased after it has been shipped already from our premises, you may return it to us at your cost within 5 days and we will provide you with a store credit.
Products labelled as not for sale or non-returnable may not be returned.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Products that have been purchased from us directly are refundable only.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund, replacement or store credit will be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.
18.1 Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
19. Glo Points
These Terms (“the Terms’) govern your (“You’/”Your’/ “Glo-points Member”) use of the Glo Online Store (“We/”Us”/”Our”) website located at the domain name www.globeauty.co.za (‘the Website”).
Glo-points are only allocated to registered members on our Glo Laser & beauty online store.
Glo-points are allocated to your profile every time you place an order with us based on your order’s subtotal (excluding delivery charge). Our Glo-points can be used as discount to pay for products on our website. Member does not need to used points each time an order is made, accumulated number of points can be used at once for an order and points cannot be partially used at various times of ordering unless in excess of the maximum of R500.
Our Glo-points are not transferrable and must be used by the profile to which they are allocated to. By using our Glo-points you agree to abide by the T&Cs of our loyalty program. Our Glo-points may only be redeemed for online purchases at www.globeauty.co.za and not instore. Glo-points expire 120days after receiving them and a maximum of R500 of Glo-points can be redeemed per order. Glo reserves the right to deduct from the points balance if any points were credited in error and any points relating to a cancelled or reversed transaction.
Glo Laser and Beauty reserve the right to make changes at any time without prior notice to members, to the T&Cs and reward point structure. Glo will attempt to notify members but shall not be liable for failure to do so. Glo-points may not be used in conjunction with any sale or promotional item. You cannot redeem Glo-points for more than the total amount of your purchase. Glo-points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used as a refund for previous orders.
